Fredricksburg, Texas

About an hour and a half drive from Casa Ble ATX you will find over 50 wineries on the road to Fredricksburg. Rent a van for the day to take you around or drive yourself (Always have a designated driver) and take in a couple of wineries and lunch in Fredricksburg. A beautiful day for sure.

Florence & Salado, Texas

Quite close (30-60 minutes north) you will find winderies in both Florence & Salado. Make a day of it and don't forget to stop at the dreat antique stores in Salado in between wine tatings.

Threre are a couple wineries 20 - 30 minutes from Cottage on the Canal. Be sure to check them out! While out in the area, be sure to stop by Hunsader Farms for locally grown produce and if in season, a vast field where you can cut your own wildflower boquets.
