Serenity awaits you at Cottage on the Canal. Located on a large corner lot of a peaceful street, the house exudes peace and calm.  The Cottage backs up to a canal that leads to the Manatee River and is great for watching fish jump in the mornings and at dusk.

Award winning beaches (Ana Maria Island and Siesta Key) are a short drive away.

 

  Downtown Bradenton features a 2 mile long Riverwalk along the beautiful waters edge, which is dotted with parks and restaurants that offer a fantastic view of the sunset.  You will also find a ferry to take you to both Ana Maria Island and Bridge Street Pier, if you are looking to avoid the traffic over the bridge to the beach.

IMG Academy is ~ 15 minutes away, as is the Sarasota-Bradenton Airport.  Tampa airport isn't too far clocking in around 45-55 mins north.  

 

If you have baseball on the mind, never fear - Bradenton is home to the Pittsburgh Pirates Spring Training camp and LECOM Park hosts them as they play against various other MLB teams each spring.  
 

If you just want to hang out at the house,  there is so much to do.  2 living areas offer extra space when needed.  A large backyard hosts many areas from a patio with propane bbq to the pool with adjacent patio.  There is a great selfie wall against the garage door and a space in the back to practice your putt or hang out around the fire table.
